Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of posts recently! My laptop has been playing up so I haven't been able to use it. The first thing I should say is Happy New Year to you all. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Last week I was sorting through all of my beauty products/make-up and was shocked at how much I actually had! Its just ridiculous how many products I have which haven't even been opened.

So as it is a new year i'm going to embark on a new challenge... to use up as many products as I can each month and I am only allowed to purchase a product if I have nothing that can be used instead.

Its going to be hard for me not to buy as I love trying new things but I know if I don't use up what I have then they have just been a waste of money.

At the end of every month I will do a summary of what I have used up plus a mini review on each product.

Are any of you doing the same thing?

NOTD: Nails Inc Piccadilly Circus

I got this Nails Inc Piccadilly Circus free with Decembers Glamour magazine. I dont normally read glamour, but for £2 I had to pick it up to get this nail polish normally worth £11!

Piccadilly Circus is a deep burgundy/red with a glossy finish. I normally put on two coats but even one coat gives great coverage. Its normally lasts me around 3 days before it starts to chip, with a good base and top coat.

I love this colour and its perfect for Autumn/Winter. I've worn this pretty much everyday since I got it.

Today I thought I would share with you a few of my current lusts. A shopping trip is in order on pay day I think.

I've been after some burgundy jeans for a while and i love these ones from River Island. I always find that River Island jeans fit me the best as well. I also love this simple cream jumper from River Island. You can never have too many jumpers in the winter I say.

I've also been after a double finger cross ring for a while now. There's a lot on Ebay but the majority are silver and i'm ideally after a bronze one. This one from from DollyBowBow is perfect.

I also love these leather patch leggings from Topshop. I live in leggings but these are a bit different to my normal plain leggings I wear on a daily basis. These will definitely be my first

purchase out of the five.

Finally I've been after a new bag for a while now and I found this one from Aldo. Although the colour isn't very practical I love it and I will probably ask for this for christmas.

So there's just a few items that i'm currently after. What's your must have item for this season?

REVIEW: Soap And Glory Scrub Your Nose In It

I have decided i'm going to do a series of reviews on Soap and Glory Products. Soap and Glory are one of my favorite brands and although I haven't tried all of their products I have tried a fair few.

The first product I am going to review is one of my favorites, Scrub Your Nose In It.

Scrub Your Nose In It, is a muli-purpose product that can be used as a scrub or a mask. I love products like this!

What they say:

"At last a simple solution for large pores and clogging." They claim that it helps to refine large pores and prevent blemishes, leaving skin looking brighter and more radiant.

Well anything that claims to refine large pores gets my vote, as I have quite large pores on and around my nose.

How to use it:

I use this twice a week and each time I apply it as a mask, leave it on for a few minutes and then scrub it off, your then getting the mask and scrub in one.

It is blue and has quite a fresh/menthol scent (very different to the standard Soap and Glory scent). It also tingles a lot whilst on as a mask. The grains in it are small, as you can see from the photo below you wouldn't even think it was a scrub to look at it, however it is still abrasive and although I like my scrubs to be quite abrasive, I don't think it wont be suitable for sensitive skin.

My opinion:

Personally i love this product! I definitely notice a difference in my pores when I use it and my skin feeling very soft and fresh as well as looking brighter.

I do think this it a love or hate product though. I have known people to say that it stings when its left as a mask, my skin is not that sensitive though and I like that it tingles because it feels like it is really cleaning deep down. If you are someone that likes gentle face scrubs then this is definitely not for you. I however feel it is the best face scrub I have used and I will continue to repurchase it again and again.

REVIEW: VO5 Miracle Concentrate

This product was doing the rounds in the blogging world earlier this year, however I only recently picked it up and tried if for the first time, so thought I would let you know my thoughts on it.

First of all i'll let you know a little about my hair. I have dyed light blonde hair that constantly has heat used on it to tame the frizz, as it is so dry. Yes, you might be thinking 'well stop using the heat on it and it wont be as damaged'. I've tried that and I last a week and the straighteners have to come out its so bad. So with all the constant bleach and heat on my hair I need a wonder product to fix it! Thats where this product comes in.

VO5 Miracle Concentrate

What they say:

"VO5 understands the damage we do to our hair through everyday washing, brushing, colouring & styling. That is why we've made this little miracle product with Argan Oil."

Argan Oil is known to be:

♥ High in Vitamin E

♥ Rich in anti-oxidents

♥ Hydrating and deeply conditioning

VO5 claim that it will:

♥ Intensely condition and help repair dry, damaged or frizzy hair

♥ Leave hair unbelievably smooth and silky soft

♥ Add radiant shine

♥ Reduce drying time and damage caused by blow drying

How to use:

The instructions tell you to apply a few drops to towel dried hair concentrating on the ends and mid lengths and then blow dry. A little goes a long way and I found that about 4-5 drops was sufficient for me. My hair is about mid-length, if you have shorter hair use less and vise versa.

It also says that you can use it on dry hair to add shine or tame frizz. I have not used it on dry hair as I think using it before blow drying is enough for me.

What i say:

This product has without a doubt lived up to its claims and expectations. After just the first use I noticed a difference! I've now been using it for around two weeks, every time I wash my hair. My hair is smoother, its not completely frizz free but there is a noticeable improvement. I don't think my hair has ever felt so soft and looked as healthy in a long time. The only thing I haven't really noticed is a reduction in drying time, but that really doesn't bother me. This really has been a miracle product for me and I will continue to use it. This bottle should last me for ages and it is a very affordable product.
